DSS is my version of the spiritual/practical wisdom called, ‘Knowledge of Self’.
This current moment in time (via 2020) really made me dig in and begin to spend time not only figuring out who I am, but to start on the path of ‘knowing’ myself. My journey began with utilizing mostly non-European (Western) spiritual concepts that I felt like I could relate to such as: breaking down the etymology of words, the translation of words in other languages, Five-Percent Nation, the Upanishads, the Kebra Nagast, Astrology, Tarot, Numerology, and the Kybalion.
Much of the time I spend studying (most times it begins with a sequence of numbers I’ll see somewhere that’ll stand out), leads me deeper into understanding myself a bit more and because my art label name is ‘SACREDBRED’, I wanted to find ways of interpreting these studies symbolically…as a way of communicating more elevating messages that could be applied universally.
